As Head of the Global Support Services Department, Mark manages the International filing (IP Portal), EP validations, Renewals and Translation teams. Mark works closely with the Heads of each team to ensure client service delivery.

Mark brings extensive operational experience to his role having worked for several large UK Law firms. He has particular experience in client management, supplier management and volume processing. Mark manages the scalable growth of each Global Support Services team. As a modern and approachable leader, Mark has a proven track record in people management and staff development.

Mark works closely with the Attorney team and Business Development team to provide operational support for clients and prospective clients alike.
