Our Munich team is currently seeking a Patentanwaltsfachangestellte/r (patent paralegal). The role will be based at our centrally located Munich Office, and offers a hybrid working model,
with 2-3 days in the office and 1-2 days working from home.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, for 35 hours/week with the option to work 40 hours/week.
In this role you will support our Patent Attorneys in all aspects of day-to-day practice, including handling incoming and outgoing correspondence in both English and German, and processing a broad range of intellectual property (IP) matters.
The successful candidate will have:
- Very good English skills and excellent written and spoken German
- Proven experience in assisting with filing patent matters before the EPO and the DPMA
- Strong IT skills and confidence working with digital systems
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working as part of a team
