Murgitroyd Celebrates World Environment Day 2021

In celebration of World Environment Day (5 June) we are pleased to continue our support of the great work of Flora & Fauna International.

Our commitment to making Murgitroyd as environmentally-friendly as possible remains strong. We continue to work hard to reduce our impact on the environment by recycling and reusing where possible and being mindful in procurement by choosing sustainable products which provide environmental, social and economic benefits while protecting the environment during their life cycle.

Our engagement campaign announced last year successfully launched a number of key initiatives. For example, 2021 will see us engage in environmental restoration initiatives to help restore our ecosystem over the next few years. We look forward to the UN Climate Change Conference – COP26 – being hosted in Glasgow later this year.
