Claire Hutson supports a wide range of businesses across the full spectrum of trade mark services, from strategy and filing through to prosecution and renewal. Many of her clients operate in the food and drink, fashion, homeware, software, technology, automotive and energy sectors.

Experienced in managing strategic matters, Claire ensures that her clients can fully exploit their IP portfolios. She works to resolve disputes as smoothly as possible while protecting brands and ensuring that third parties do not encroach on existing rights.

Claire entered the profession in 2016 and qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in early 2021. She joined Murgitroyd in 2022.
