Mark Davies’ primary area of expertise is in patent drafting and prosecution worldwide, particularly in the engineering and medical fields. Mark advises clients on IP aspects of commercial relationships with third parties, including joint development agreements.

An increasingly active area of Mark’s practice is in relation to freedom to operate advice in respect of competitor rights. Mark acts for a variety of engineering clients in the automotive and fall protection sectors, amongst others.

Mark joined Murgitroyd as part of the addition of UDL to Murgitroyd in October 2021. Mark is based in our Cardiff Office.
