Melania Padilla is a member of our Outsourced IP Docketing & Paralegal Team.

Melania Padilla joined the firm in 2016 as an IP Docket Administrator in our Managua office.

Melania’s intellectual property experience started as a patent drafter. Her interest in the patenting process led her to become a Docketer. Now, Melania services her clients by managing the docket of global portfolios and preparing and filing documents at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Melania and the team use different docketing platforms such as FoundationIP, Anaqua, Lecorpio, IPFolio, DocketTrak, and Master Data Center. Melania conducts due diligence searches and coordinates global asset transfers.
