Responsible for defining and championing our client experience, Morgan Pope ensures that all our clients enjoy a seamless, high quality and hassle-free service throughout their entire IP journey.

Morgan works closely with both existing and new clients to identify and respond to their needs. She also helps to provide a smooth and streamlined onboarding process for our new US-based clients’ global IP portfolios.

Morgan also trains many clients to use our online client portal, which provides 24/7 access to their full case data in just a few clicks.
