Murgitroyd To Host AIPLA Women in IP Event

The American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) is holding its eleventh annual AIPLA Women in IP Networking Global Event on Thursday the 19th of April 2018 and Murgitroyd are delighted to be hosting the sub-event in Glasgow.

The aim is to encourage everyone to come together to celebrate women who practice IP law and regularly face IP issues in the ordinary course of business. The Glasgow event is one of many that will take place across the world.

Murgitroyd will celebrate the event with a gin tasting and nibbles before the attendees hear from Cheryl Tubach, Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for J.M. Huber. Cheryl will talk about her career and how she got to the top of her field.

The Glasgow event will also link up to some of the other sub-events that are taking place across the globe via teleconference for a roll-call of participating cities. Visit the AIPLA website to see if there are any events taking place in your area.

If you are in Glasgow and would like to join us, please visit the registration here.
