Trade mark licences, co-existence agreements and undertakings | Brexit
BREXIT AND IP – UPDATE 16 JAN 2019
Trade Mark Licences, Co-Existence Agreements and Undertakings
- If your company has entered into trade mark licences, co-existence agreements or even obtained a letter of undertakings previously with third parties relating to EU trade mark registrations, Brexit could impact these.
- IP holders should therefore consider if they have entered into any such agreements which relate to EU trade mark registrations and undertake a review of the terms of agreement to assess if any action is required.
- Murgitroyd, one of the foremost pan-European trade mark attorney firms, with long established offices in the UK, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy and Finland can assist you.
