Caroline Blunk leads a US based team of patent paralegals that processes national phase filing instructions, prepares formality documents, and coordinates legalisation of formality documents for all Murgitroyd clients, including the preparation of cost estimates for filing national phase applications. She liaises between Murgitroyd attorneys, clients and foreign agents concerning filing details, formality requirements for local jurisdictions, and/or amendments to applications, monitoring filing deadlines, and reporting national phase applications.

Caroline was appointed Head of International Filing (US) in 2021.
