Derek Healy joined Murgitroyd in August 2021 following the acquisition of Hanna Moore + Curley by Murgitroyd. Derek, since joining as an intern, has received Certificates in Patent Administration from the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys and Trade Mark Administration from the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
Derek is an experienced paralegal who can attend to all aspects of preparing and processing applications and supporting documents for filing International, European and foreign patent applications and the validating of European Patent Applications in each EP country. He also has experience in filing Trademark applications worldwide together with filing European Trademark applications and European Design Applications.
Derek is based in our Dublin Office.
