Dipesh is an ICAS qualified chartered accountant with 10 years’ experience in FP&A working in both the UK and Australia. He has held a range of roles spanning management reporting, budgeting, and business partnering. Dipesh plays a key role in aligning financial planning with the firm’s strategic objectives, supporting senior leadership with clear, insight-driven analysis.
He is responsible for developing robust forecasting frameworks, embedding meaningful KPIs, and ensuring financial performance is closely linked to wider business strategy. Through close collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation, he helps translate financial data into actionable insight, enabling informed decision-making and supporting sustained growth.
