Jacklyn Driscoll

Jacklyn Driscoll joined Murgitroyd as part of the addition of the UDL team to the Murgitroyd team in October 2021.

She is an experienced CIPA qualified patent paralegal based in our Cardiff Office and works alongside our attorneys and paralegals in supporting clients throughout the patent process from filing to grant in a number of jurisdictions with a focus on large portfolio clients. She efficiently monitors and manages a significant number of cases while quickly and effectively responding to client queries.

Jacklyn also regularly attends client visits and helps to train more junior members of the paralegal team. She is also responsible for assisting with reporting prosecution and formalities matters, as well as ensuring clients IPMS are accurately maintained and adhering to bespoke administrative arrangements requested by clients. Prior to entering the world of IP in 2007, Jacklyn worked as a legal secretary in various solicitor firms.

In June 2025, Jacklyn was also appointed as the New Patent Paralegal Team Leader for South England and Wales, leading the Paralegal and Patent Support Teams in our London Central, London Croydon, Southampton, Cambridge, Milton Keynes & Cardiff offices
