Senior Trade Mark Paralegal

Olivia Charnock-Bradshaw joined Murgitroyd following the acquisition of UDL in October 2021. Olivia joined UDL in 2005 and qualified as a CITMA Paralegal in 2013. She has experience of training junior paralegals and is a member of the CITMA Paralegal Competency Framework working group.

Olivia is a highly experienced paralegal who attends to all aspects of preparing and processing trade mark and design applications in the UK, Ireland, the European Union and WIPO. She has a meticulous eye for detail which makes her invaluable when it comes to maintaining client case records, dealing with trade mark and design applications, oppositions and cancellation procedures, the recordal of transactions and watching services.

Olivia is based in our Leeds Office.
