Anita Standa

Senior Patent Paralegal

Anita Standa provides paralegal support to the Patent Attorneys in our Dublin office.

Upon completion of a law degree from the University of Warsaw in 2010, Anita worked in the legal department of a company in Warsaw for 6 years. After coming to Ireland in 2016, She started working in Murgitroyd.

In 2019, Anita obtained the CIPA Patent Administration Certificate and joined the Patent Paralegal group in 2020.

Her activities include liaising with clients, foreign agents and the Patents and Designs offices for GB, EP, PCT and foreign applications. Further tasks include handling transfers of rights, preparing and submitting changes to be registered in patent register, and the preparation of cost estimates for transfer records in Ireland. She also prepares Form 3 information for Indian patent applications and monitors deadlines.
