Catherine Parnell

Catherine has over thirty years of experience working with patents, initially dealing with patent records, formalities and renewals and successfully passed with credit, the CIPA Patent Administration Certificate in March 2000. Catherine joined Murgitroyd in January 2009 following the acquisition of Raworth, Moss and Cook by Murgitroyd and is based in the London Office.

She works with clients in the chemistry and life sciences sector and provides paralegal support throughout the patent prosecution process. She is responsible for reporting and monitoring deadlines and attending to legal requirements of patent applications worldwide from filing to grant, including preparing Form-3s for Indian applications.
