Holly joined Murgitroyd at the beginning of 2020 as a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney in Murgitroyd’s Aberdeen office.  She qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2023. Holly graduated from Robert Gordon University in 2018 with a first-class honours degree in Law during which she was particularly interested in IP law.

Holly has supported a range of clients in varied industries, and has been involved in both prosecution and contentious matters. Holly's particular area of interest and expertise includes fashion, food & drink and media industries.

Holly takes a proactive approach when advising clients in order to future-proof the client's IP portfolio to allow for full exploitation of the rights. Holly has experience in handling both large complex IP portfolios, as well as growing SMEs at the beginning of their journey.
