Senior Patent Paralegal and Office Manager

Milan

Katia Zen joined Murgitroyd in 2007 and is based in our Milan Office. Katia deals with paralegal matters on a day to day basis, in relation to all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents and design rights.

She has experience in the formalities aspect of preparing and processing applications and supporting documents for filing International, European and foreign patent applications. Katia also prepares Form 3 information for Indian patent applications and monitors deadlines.

In addition to patent prosecution matters, Katia also attends to assignment recordals and Design prosecution from filing through to registration.
