Senior Patent Paralegal

Lisa Breen provides paralegal support to our Patent Attorney Team.

Lisa joined Murgitroyd in June 2015 working as a Patent Secretary and Office Manager. In 2020, Lisa obtained the CIPA Patent Administration Certificate and joined the Patent Paralegal group.

Her day-to-day activities include liaising with clients and foreign agents, handling transfers of rights, preparing and filing changes to be recorded on patent registers, preparing cost estimates for recordal of transfers; filing requests for examination; reporting issuance of Letters Patent, preparing and prosecuting Hong Kong recordals via corresponding European and Chinese applications; preparing and filing of Form 3 information for Indian patent applications including monitoring all related deadlines.

Lisa also monitors and provides cited documents for Information Disclosures in both the US and Israel.

Lisa is based in our Dublin Office.
