Lyndsey McLennan

Lyndsey has recently started an internal secondment to the Head of Service Delivery role within the IP Services division. With a constant focus on operational efficiency and a mandate to automate and streamline processes where possible, Lyndsey will work closely with the functional heads and other internal stakeholders as well as leading our IP Support team in our Managua Office.  

Lyndsey is uniquely qualified to perform such a role having worked in several of our commoditised service lines since joining the business in 2010.  Most recently, Lyndsey was the UK Head of our International Filing Team, where she built up strong relationships with clients and customers alike.
