Stephane Antoine

European Patent Attorney

Stephane Antoine joined Murgitroyd in August 2021 following the acquisition of Hanna Moore + Curley by Murgitroyd.

Stephane graduated from Ecole Française d’Electronique et d’Informatique with an engineering degree in Computer Sciences and Electronics. He holds a Ph.D from King’s College London in the field of mobile networking.

Prior to Joining the patent profession, Stephane worked as a research engineer for Panasonic Mobile in the U.K where he was involved in Telecommunications standardization activities (IETF, 3GPP). He also worked as a senior research engineer for France Telecom in London where he was a member of the innovation committee and a patent correspondent. Throughout his studies and research career, Stephane was named as inventor on several patent applications.

Since joining the patent profession, Stephane prosecuted and drafted applications in the fields of computer networks and mechanical engineering for multinationals and SMEs. In a recent past, he drafted Utility Certificates in French for a leading technology company. He assisted attorneys in providing advice to entrepreneurs wishing to protect their Intellectual property.

Stephane is fluent in English and French. Stephane is based in our Dublin Office
