Prachi joined Murgitroyd in 2022 and has since developed a reputation for a commercially focused approach to IP protection.
She is dual-qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney. She is also a qualified Advocate in India. Her qualifications allow her to approach brand protection from a nuanced, multi-jurisdictional perspective.
Prachi has undertaken two secondments with a major private client, where she worked on complex IP matters. These secondments reflect her role as a trusted advisor and her ability to deliver practical IP solutions in a commercial environment.
She advises on all aspects of trade mark law including clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, portfolio management. Her work combines technical knowledge with deep understanding of brand value and commercial factors, helping clients protect and enforce their IP rights effectively.
