Rudy Everts

Rudy Everts is an experienced Patent Paralegal based in our Munich Office with over 15 years experience in the IP industry. Rudy started his career in Intellectual Property as a European Patent Formalities Officer at the European Patent Office before joining Murgitroyd therefore has a fantastic understanding of European Procedures from both perspectives as well as a great understanding of the specific formalities requirements for European Applications.

Rudy’s responsibilities include preparing & filing patent applications, reporting prosecution and formalities matters in diverse jurisdictions all around the globe; including Assignments, Taking Over representation and portfolio management. He works with a wide range of clients, including large international corporate clients as well as SMEs and small local clients. In addition to dealing with formality requirements for patents and patent applications worldwide, he assists clients with tracking the status of their patent portfolios and the associated costs and ensures that bespoke administrative arrangements requested by clients are implemented and maintained.
