Naomi Jenkins

Naomi joined Murgitroyd in 2026. Her core area of expertise is trade mark protection and prosecution, including trade mark clearance, oppositions, assignments, cancellations and invalidations. She supports businesses ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations in the creation, protection, management and enforcement of trade marks.

Since graduating from Cardiff University, Naomi has lived and worked in London as a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney and later as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, aside from two years spent working as a Trade Mark Attorney in Sydney, Australia.

Naomi has worked with clients across a range of sectors, including food and drink, health and beauty, media services, financial services, automotive, fashion and clothing, and online retail.
