Sharon Upcraft
Senior Trade Mark Paralegal
Sharon Upcraft joined Murgitroyd as part of the addition of the UDL team to the Murgitroyd team in October 2021.Sharon is an experienced paralegal, having worked in IP for over 30 years.
Sharon began her career in IP at UDL as a secretary. She briefly left the firm before returning a short time later, where she continued to gain more experience in IP. This led to her taking the CITMA Trade Marks Formalities Course in 2001 and becoming a Trade Mark Paralegal.
Sharon specialises in all aspects of trade mark formalities and has vast experience managing large filing programmes, both for new applications and transactional recordals.
Sharon is based in our London Central Office.
