Introducing our 2024 ESG report #
We are delighted to introduce you to our fourth annual ESG report that not only showcases our sustained approach to contributing positively to the world around us, but also takes time to reflect on what we have achieved so far and inspires all of us across the business to do even more.
We are immensely proud of our people for going above and beyond their day jobs over the past 12 months. They have delivered the difference you can read about within this report, which includes special thank yous to our wonderful colleague-led groups that coordinate and advance our work in this area.

- Raised awareness about a wide range of diversity and inclusion topics, providing resources to employees and facilitating training
- Continued to prioritise and support colleagues with their mental health and wellbeing
- Further enhanced a number of colleague policies, including our agile working, maternity, paternity and adoption policies
- More deeply analysed our carbon footprint data
- Reviewed and strengthened our mandatory compliance training
- Strengthened relationships with our global charity partners and supported colleagues with their own fundraising efforts
- Introduced a new Volunteering Policy, with a pool of 200 volunteering leave days that colleagues can apply for
