Introducing our 2025/2026 ESG Report
We are proud to share our fifth ESG Report, which demonstrates our sustained commitment to giving back to our communities and creating a positive impact beyond our business.
This milestone report also celebrates the fifth anniversary of our Impact team, established in 2020 with a clear purpose: to ensure our values were not just words on a page, but visible in how we operate, how we treat one another, and how we contribute to the world around us.
Impact was built on the belief that small, sustained actions compound into lasting change. Five years on, alongside Murgitroyd's 50th anniversary, this report demonstrates what that commitment has achieved, and why we believe in that principle more than ever.
