Chief Operating Officer

Camilla is an experienced senior operations and finance leader with over thirteen years in the legal sector, bringing a strong track record in law firm operations, strategic planning, negotiation, pricing, project management, and accounting. She holds a number of professional accreditations, including CIMA, CIPD, LPC, and MBA Essentials, and was awarded a First-Class Law Degree.  Throughout her career, Camilla has combined deep sector knowledge with a commercial mindset, enabling her to lead change, improve efficiency, and foster collaborative working environments.

Camilla joined Murgitroyd in September 2025 as Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for driving operational excellence, aligning finance and business strategy, and supporting the firm’s continued growth across international markets. Her role focuses on ensuring that people, processes, and systems work seamlessly together to deliver exceptional client service and sustainable business performance.
