David Keston understands the strategic value of patents to his clients, including multinationals, SMEs, and academia alike. His work for those clients in drafting and prosecuting international, European, UK, and US patent applications spans many areas of technology, specialising in computer networks, imaging, photonics, telecommunications systems, as well as consumer electronics and mechanical subject areas.
David also advises in potentially contentious matters, including licensing, patent landscaping, ‘freedom to use’ and infringement issues. David is a member of the Litigation Committee of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA).
David is based in our Glasgow Office.
