Dieter Schouten

Dieter Schouten joined Murgitroyd in 2013 as a paralegal in the Nice Office. He later joined the Glasgow office. Dieter has worked with many clients in the electronics field.

Providing paralegal support throughout the patent prosecution process, Dieter is responsible for handling day-to-day deadline management and attending to legal requirements of patent applications worldwide from filing to grant. His duties are wide-ranging and varied due to the particular requirements of each jurisdiction and he keeps Applicants updated on the progress of their applications, providing a flexible service tailored to clients’ preferences.

In addition to patent prosecution matters, Dieter also attends to assignment recordals.
