Jacklyn Driscoll

Jacklyn Driscoll is an experienced CIPA qualified patent paralegal based in our Cardiff Office and works alongside our attorneys and paralegals in supporting clients throughout the patent process from filing to grant in a number of jurisdictions.  Jacklyn's work tends to focus on large portfolio clients where she efficiently monitors and manages a significant number of cases while quickly and effectively responding to client queries.

Jacklyn also regularly attends client visits and assists in training more junior members of the paralegal team. She is also responsible for assisting with reporting, prosecution, and formalities matters, as well as ensuring clients' intellectual property is accurately maintained, adhering to bespoke administrative arrangements requested by clients. Prior to entering the world of IP in 2007, Jacklyn worked as a legal secretary in various solicitor firms.

In 2025, Jacklyn was appointed as the Patent Paralegal Team Leader for South England and Wales, leading the Paralegal and Patent Support Teams in our London Central, London Croydon, Southampton, Cambridge, Milton Keynes & Cardiff offices.
