Jacqueline Cicognola

Jacqueline Cicognola joined Murgitroyd in 2010 and is based in our office in Nice, France.

She is a CIPA-qualified patent paralegal who works alongside our attorneys to support clients throughout the patent process, from filing to grant, in multiple jurisdictions. Additionally, she assists our other departments with French-related matters, including our renewals and validation teams. In addition to handling formality requirements for patents and patent applications worldwide, she helps clients with tracking the status of their patent portfolios and associated costs. She ensures that bespoke administrative arrangements requested by clients are implemented and maintained.

Jacqueline’s experience also extends to providing support in the prosecution of plant variety rights before the Community Plant Variety Office.
