Based in our Cardiff office, Melony’s day-to-day responsibilities include reporting and monitoring deadlines, preparing and filing formalities documents at various Patent Offices, preparing IP schedules and providing upcoming cost projections.

She also processes recordals of transfer and changes to the national/regional registers at various Patent Offices.

Melony’s experience covers a broad range of industries, with a specific focus on the automotive, mechanical and medical sectors.

Melony joined the intellectual property industry in 2010 as a Patent Secretary, and subsequently progressed to a Patent Paralegal.
