Thomas Le Neel specialises in drafting and prosecuting patent applications with a focus on software, electronics and physics.

He has had several journal papers published and holds a PhD in physics from the University of Nantes. For this, he investigated interactions between gold nanoparticles and plant cells, working with a broad range of microscopy and spectroscopy techniques. Thomas’ MSc thesis focused on the numerical modelling of photon pair generation in hybrid nonlinear plasmonic nanostructures.

Thomas joined Murgitroyd in 2022 and is working towards becoming a qualified patent attorney.
