Acquisition of Chapman IP
We are pleased to announce an exciting step forward in our plans for future growth and expansion, following the successful completion of the acquisition of Chapman IP, a Patent and Trade Mark Attorney practice based in Southampton, UK.
Chapman IP was founded in 2002 and has grown consistently over the years. Today it is a well run, modern and dynamic practice which has very talented people and exciting growth prospects. The Chapman practice will be a strong addition and also a great fit into Murgitroyd as well as an important contributor to our future growth.
Work has already started on the process of integration with the Chapman IP practice being re-named Murgitroyd with immediate effect – and will see the Chapman IP practice seamlessly integrated into Murgitroyd, as our new and exciting Southampton-based office.
