Patent advisor reviewing a patent draft, Global game developer company

Nicole is always fast to reply, very clear, and friendly but professional. I’ve been consistently so impressed with how she explains difficult concepts and how she works to understand new ideas. This approach means she is a pleasure to have working alongside us. It’s also great that she makes it clear which communications are truly urgent, and which we can take longer to think about.
